Power Procurement Information Center

Registered power providers, including Qualifying Facilities, can use the interactive pages at the Power Procurement Information Center for posting:

  • Unit Availability
  • Unit Generation Schedules
  • Unit Outages (Scheduled, voluntary, forced or PG&E caused)

Outage data collected by PG&E's Power Procurement Information Center will be forwarded by PG&E to the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) through the CAISO's "Scheduling and Logging for the ISO of California" (SLIC) reporting application.

The SLIC reporting application requires the use of NERC Standard Generator Availability Data System (GADS) cause codes to identify causes for generator curtailments and/or outages. Please view the NERC GADS codes (XLS, 18 KB) and enter the appropriate code in the outage comments field, along with any other comments related to the outage.
