  • Federal Tax ID or, for sole proprietors, Social Security number
  • Service address and location of meter(s)

Moving or closing your account.
Need to make changes to your account? You can stop or move PG&E service for one or multiple locations by completing an online form.
Service requests for multiple locations.
Online forms are provided here for the convenience of property managers, developers and fumigators. Please use these forms to schedule multiple transactions that you want to begin at least two business days from today, excluding weekends and holidays. Please Note:
  • Do not use these forms for immediate service needs. If service is required in less than 48 hours, please call our 24-hour Customer Service Line at 1 (800) 743-5000. Thank you.
  • If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, please call our Customer Service Line at 1(800) 743-5000 and do not attempt to use the online form to reconnect your service.
