Opening a new account.
Need to open a new account? If you are a small- or medium-size business or a non-profit entity starting service at a single location, open an account online.

Please have the following items ready:
  • Federal Tax ID or, for sole proprietors, Social Security number
  • Service address

Other non-residential customers: call us at 1-800-468-4743.

Moving or closing your account.
Are you are a small- or medium-size business or non-profit? If so, you can easily stop or move service or add a new location to your PG&E account, online. Other non-residential customers can stop or move service by using these online forms:
Service requests for multiple locations.
Online forms are provided here for the convenience of property managers, developers and fumigators. Please use these forms to schedule multiple transactions that you want to begin at least two business days from today, excluding weekends and holidays. Please Note:
  • Do not use these forms for immediate service needs. If service is required in less than 48 hours, please call our 24-hour Customer Service Line at 1-800-743-5000. Thank you.
  • If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, please call our Customer Service Line at 1-800-743-5000 and do not attempt to use the online form to reconnect your service.
