You may also need to upgrade your home's wiring or the electrical panel used to charge the electric vehicle. Depending on what you decide, it may also be necessary for us to upgrade the infrastructure that delivers electricity to your property.     PG&E offers two plans for PEV owners to switch with our special E-9 Time-of-Use (TOU) rates. Lower your costs by charging your vehicle during off-peak hours when energy costs less.
