Apply for Your eRebates

  1. Login to My Energy.
  2. Click the word "eRebates" in the middle right of the page.
  3. Click "Apply."
  4. Begin the eRebates Application Process.
  5. Upload and submit a legible image (jpeg or pdf) of your Proof of Purchase online, OR
    print the eRebates Confirmation Page (you will need access to a printer), then fax or mail the eRebates Confirmation Page and all proofs of purchase to PG&E.

You will receive confirmation via email upon receipt of your eRebates application. Upon submission, you'll be able to check the status of your eRebate by logging into My Energy, navigating to the eRebates page and clicking the “Status” tab in the upper right corner. You can also check your status and limited submission information by going to www.pge.com/rebates and clicking the “Rebate Status” button in the upper right corner. You will need your account or rebate submission information to do this.
