Pay Automatically

  • My Energy provides you with a range of robust bill payment tools, including one-time and automatic payment options.
  • Direct Payment Plan aka APS (Automatic Payment Service) draws your PG&E payments directly from your bank account—you still get a statement and chance to review your monthly bill. This option can be used in lieu of your deposit (you must remain on Direct Payment Plan for 12 consecutive months or the deposit will be reassessed). Once the application is received and processed, the deposit will be canceled prior to the first payment (may take up to 60 days to occur).
  • e-Bills sends you monthly bill notifications so you know when payments are due, letting you review your complete bill on My Energy.
  • Paperless online bill paying through My Energy eliminates hassles and transaction fees while it saves trees.

To enroll in these programs, visit My Energy, Automatic Payment Service or e-Bills.
