What is in the rate analysis site?

Non-residential customers can view comparisons for A1, A6, A10, E19V, E19 and E20 rate schedules. The comparisons will show some account information and the cost difference that you would pay using the same usage and demand history. You will only be able to view rate schedules that are applicable to your account.

Does this site provide agricultural rate comparisons?

Yes. Electric rate schedules that start with AG are handled by Rate Analysis.

Does this site provide residential rate comparisons?

No.

Can I change my rate online?

No, but you can call 1-800-468-4743 to initiate a change.

How do you print the information?

Click the "Printer friendly Format" icon at the top of the page to print.

Can I export the information to a spreadsheet like Excel or Lotus?

Click the EXPORT button on the left below "Usage and Demand Values" to export to a spreadsheet.

Where does the information come from?

This information comes from our Rates Department database.

How often is the information updated?

Monthly, around the 20th of the month.

Can I jump from one account to another without logging in a second time?

Yes, you can go to any other Service Agreement for your business by returning to the Business Tools browser window and clicking on another Service ID number from the List of Services. From the Service ID detail page, click Rate Analysis again and the new Rate analysis will open in the same browser window as your previous analysis.
