What's in the usage history site?
Non-residential customers can view as many as 36 months of their electric and natural gas information at our usage history site.
How do you print the information?
Click the "Printer-Friendly Format" icon at the top of the page to print.
Can I export the information to a spreadsheet like Excel or Lotus?
Click the EXPORT button on the left below "Customer Profile" to export to a spreadsheet.
Where does the information come from?
This information comes from our Rates Department database.
How often is the information updated?
Monthly, around the 20th of the month.
Can I jump from one account to another without logging in a second time?
Yes, you can go to any other Service Agreement for your business by returning to the Business Tools browser window and clicking on another Service ID number from the List of Services. From the Service ID detail page, click Billing/Usage/Demand History again and the new Usage History will open in the same browser window as your previous history.
