Educational Opportunities
- PG&E offers all renewable & distributed energy classes, which are sponsored by the Pacific Energy Center (PEC) and the Energy Training Center - Stockton (ETC) through collaborative efforts with other organizations and cities. All classes are free-of-charge. These classes are a subset of all of the learning centers offerings.

- The Tax Incentives Assistance Project (TIAP) is a site designed to give consumers and businesses information they need to make use of the federal income tax incentives for energy efficient products and technologies passed by Congress as part of the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
- On the California Public Utilities Commission Distributed Generation page, you can find information such as SGIP Measurement and Evaluation reports, including the SGIP Cost-Effectiveness Report and Impact Studies
- California Energy Commission Distributed Energy Resource (DER) Guide: The DER information contained in this site will help you understand the current interest in DER, the various DER technologies, cost/performance issues, markets, and applications for DER. These topics are addressed in individual sections that can be accessed through the links listed in the column at the left.
- The California Energy Commission Emerging Renewables Program is available to customers who install renewable generation sources, such as fuel cells and wind turbines less than 30 kW in size.
- California Alliance for Distributed Energy Resources (CADER) is a voluntary collaborative committed to facilitating the successful deployment of highly efficient and environmentally responsible distributed energy resources into competitive energy markets.
- The Database of State Incentives for Renewable Energy (DSIRE) is a comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility, and selected federal incentives that promote renewable energy across the country.
