The California Advanced Homes Program will continue in 2016, working with California’s other investor-owned utilities to offer a single, statewide program for builders of energy-efficient new homes. The program encourages new residential construction to meet goals set by the CPUC that will help all new homes reach Zero Net Energy by 2020.
