And the Nomination Goes To....

If you would like to permit another party to nominate on your California Gas Transmission backbone transmission contract (without a contract assignment), you need to complete, sign and return a Nomination Authorization Form. You may download the this form, which is one of the Standard Forms available here in .pdf format, and complete and print the form. (Directions for Filling Out Forms are available.)

This executed form must be received by CGT by noon, one working day before you wish to have gas flow. Authorization forms may be eMailed to CGT at cgtservicesx@pge.com.
