Ruby Pipeline’s Tallgrass Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) system was down during the capacity release period last week. Due to the technical problems, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission (CGT) is holding a second capacity release of firm transportation to offer the unsold Ruby Pipeline capacities and also the remaining unsold GTN capacities, in which both are the CTAs’ rejected allocated core pipeline capacity.
The capacity release auction process will begin at 7:00 AM, June 11, 2024 and will close at 8:00 AM Pacific Time on June 13, 2024 to coordinate with the timeline on the interstate pipelines.
The capacity release includes Firm Transportation on the following pipelines:

All offered transport will be for a single month contract, available for the specified quantity in the months of July – October 2024.
By end of day Monday, June 10, CGT will send the information packet via e-mail to all parties who currently hold a Gas Transmission Service Agreement (GTSA) with CGT and have the "Trader" role in the INSIDEtracc System. The information packet will include details on the offerings available and how to participate in the capacity release process.
