Update How You're Notified of SmartDays™

If you're already enrolled in the SmartRate™ plan, you can change how you're notified of SmartDays. Results show that those who provide multiple notification contacts for SmartDay events save the most money on their energy bills! You can receive up to four courtesy notifications to make sure everyone in your household knows to shift or reduce energy use between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on SmartDays.

You can enter a TOTAL of four contacts, but only two per contact method (email, voice, text*). For each entry, select the contact method, enter the information, confirm the information and then select Submit.

All of the contacts you provide below will be notified by 2 p.m. the day before a SmartDay.
