Pools

To nominate from the Citygate to end-use customers, you need a Citygate pool. You do not need to hold backbone transmission service in order to have a Citygate pool.

If you have a formal assignment, PG&E will set up pools for you using your customer code. If you are a nominating marketer for that capacity, but the capacity has not been released under a formal assignment, you would place nominations using the original holder's ID and use that entity's pools.
