2023 PCIA RFI
PG&E is conducting a Power Charge Indifference Adjustment (PCIA) Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with the California Public Utility Commission's (CPUC) Decision 21-05-030. CPUC Decision D. 22-12-030 addressing PG&E's 2022 Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) Plan approved the substance of PG&E's 2023 PCIA RFI proposal. The PCIA RFI is intended to seek interest in contract assignments, terminations, and modifications to reduce excess and/or uneconomic resources in PG&E's RPS portfolios.

Third-Party Buyers
PG&E will be contacting third-party buyers to respond with interest in any contract assignments proposed by PCIA-eligible RPS contract Counterparties.
