PG&E's EV Fleet Advisory Services offers one-on-one help for medium and heavy-duty fleets to switch to electric vehicles (EVs). You can apply for the program until December 2026.
The program offers:
- Fleet planning
- Support before installing EV chargers (Pre-energization)
- Support after installing EV chargers (Post-energization)
Fleet planning
We can help make a plan for your fleet, including choosing the right vehicles, and charging stations. Our team can:
- Guide you through online tools like PG&E's EV Fleet Savings Calculator
- Create custom plans for your fleet including:
- Total cost of owning electric vehicles
- Environmental benefits
- EV options available for your fleet
- Recommendations for charging equipment
- Power specifications and load planning
- Explore Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology, which allows electric vehicles to share power with the grid
- Help you find PG&E programs like EV Fleet or On-Bill Financing to save money
- Guide you through complex regulation like California’s Advanced Clean Fleets Rule

We can help you get ready for your electric vehicle projects by:
- Checking current electrical capacity at your site

Choose the services that best fit your needs. An advisor can help with any part of the process, from planning to support during and after installation.
Priority communities include low-income communities, rural communities, tribal lands, and areas most affected by pollution. These areas are defined by the California Public Utilities Commission and California Air Resources Board.
