To report a streetlight outage, first determine if a city, county or agency maintain their own streetlights. Find out which agency owns the streetlight and report the problem.
PG&E does not typically maintain the streetlight systems for the entities listed below. Then, notify PG&E of the outage using the form below.
Nearly 670,000 streetlights illuminate highways and city streets in our service territory. We own about a third of these streetlights. We also provide streetlight maintenance service for approximately 36,000 lights owned by cities, counties, the state and various agencies. The remainder are owned and maintained by others.
