PG&E gas service technicians are available to safely turn off or relight your appliance pilot lights.
Making a pilot light appointment online is easy.
Step 1: Sign in to Your Account or choose one-time access as a visitor
Step 2: Select the type of appliance that needs gas pilot light service
Under "Service Description," select your appliance from the dropdown list. If you need pilot light service for more than one appliance, choose "Multiple Appliance Services."
Note: If you need your gas turned on and pilot light relit after having your house fumigated, please call 1-800-743-5000 instead to schedule an appointment.
Step 3: Select an appointment time and date
Someone 18 years or older will need to be at home for the appointment and you’ll need to provide their contact number.
Step 4: Review your appointment request and submit
Confirm that all the information is correct. Select "Back" to make edits to your appointment. Select "Submit" when you're ready.
Sign in to Your Account and go to Manage Appointments.
Select “Reschedule” or “Cancel” at the bottom of your Appointment Details and follow the steps.
