PG&E is set to launch a new version of My Account. This update will include a new, more secure sign-in that requires a two-step process to confirm your identity. Receiving a one-time access code is the first of the two steps.

Please use a mobile phone that can receive an SMS text or a landline that can receive a phone call. Main switchboard or 1-800 numbers will not work.

To update your phone number, sign in to your account or call Customer Service at 1-800-468-4743.

For a residence, the primary account holder should be the account owner. For a business, it should be a responsible employee. Primary account holders can give access to others at any time.
