    Residential customers

    In most cases, you can start or stop service on the same day you complete your request. You can also arrange to start up to 60 days in advance.

     

    Solar customers

    Solar customers must call 1-877-743-4112 to start service.

     

    important notice Note: Only Net Energy Metering Aggregation (NEM2A) solar customers can start service online.

    Most business customers can start or stop their gas and electric service online.

    Security deposit options for businesses

    Starting service with a business account requires a deposit. This amount will be applied to your first bill.
