Relief for Energy Assistance through Community Help (REACH)

PG&E contributed $55 million to provide more help for past-due bills

PG&E's REACH program has been fully utilized and all 2024 funds, including a contribution of $55 million from PG&E, have been distributed to previously received applications, with nearly 58,000 customers receiving assistance. To check the status of your application, please visit the MyStatus Portal on the Dollar Energy Fund website.

In early 2025, PG&E expects to re-open the REACH program at the previous level of benefit, up to $300 per household per 12 months.
